Good Fences #24

Last week, I made you scroll through scads of photos from one ranch with oaks and acorns on their fencing. This week, I'll share only two from along our driveway where the neighbor's pond rise overflows with Snow-On-The-Prairie blooms.

That's one of the mini-mules on the left.
On to the link-up!

1. Link in a post featuring a photo or photos of fences or gates.
2. Link back to Run*A*Round Ranch Report in your post or use the badge code to display the Good Fences button in your post that automatically links back here.
3. If time allows, please visit some of the other participants and comment on their shared posts.
Thank you!

Beautiful flower-strewn field. When we get back to Illinois we will find that yellow flowers will coat the fall prairie.

Debbie said...

I don't think we have Snow On the Prairie blooms here. If we do, I have never noticed and didn't know what they were called if I did. I shall now be on the lookout. That's one of my favorite things about blogging. I NOTICE stuff I might not have noticed before.

Joining for the first time today. I have a long standing love affair with fences and always enjoy it when a blog friend posts some. So this week, I'm sharing two of my own.

Lovely the Snow-On-The-Prairie blooms, that the way we do it.

Those flowers are practically overtaking the fence! They surprise me as late summer blooms, but then they do look a little like Queen Anne's Lace, which blooms in abundance here with no rain.

White flowers really "cool down" the temperature of their surrounding, don't they? I try to have some white flowers in my garden to "cool down" our hot and humid summers in Virginia. That's a beautifully refreshing scene.
